Our website lets you browse products and build a cart, but every order is finalized and paid for directly with our team over WhatsApp. Adding an item to your cart and submitting the checkout form does not guarantee stock availability or lock in pricing until we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees shown at checkout are automated estimates based on distance and may be adjusted by our team where actual delivery conditions differ.
Payment instructions are shared with you directly on WhatsApp after you place an order. We do not process card payments through this website.
You may choose to pick up your order at our Alagbado store or request delivery. Delivery fees are estimated using your provided address and are not a guarantee of exact delivery time; we will confirm realistic timelines with you directly.
Because most orders are confirmed individually over WhatsApp, any return, exchange, or refund requests should be raised with our team as soon as possible after receiving your order, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product photos, descriptions and prices are accurate. Slight variations in color or fabric may occur due to photography, lighting, or supplier batches.
Coupon codes are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of use (minimum order amount, expiry date, usage limits) and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
